I am underweight. Can I do the detox?

Yes, slim people can do a detox. Detoxification can benefit people of all sizes and body compositions. The purpose of a detox is to help the body eliminate toxins and improve overall health and wellness. If you wish to undertake a detox program, please reach out to us, and we will help you determine a safe and effective program tailored to your individual needs.


Who can come for the detox?

Detox programs can be undertaken by adults of any age. The youngest participant was 14 years old, and the oldest was 80 years old. 

Can I take my prescribed medications during the detox?

Yes, you can continue to take your medications during the detox. 

How long does a detox program last?


The length of a detox program is 6 days. Check-in is at 5 PM (first day), check out at 11 AM (last day).


Will I be hungry? 

During the detox, you will not feel hungry at all. Your body will switch to endogenous recovery, the ability of the body to heal and repair itself from within.

Who cannot go on a detox?​

Pregnancy and breastfeeding, chronic medical conditions (such as diabetes, liver or kidney disease), and eating disorders.

What should I drink during a detox program?


Drinking plenty of warm water is important during a detox program to support the body's natural processes of removing harmful substances. 

What should I avoid during a detox program?


We advise you to disconnect from technology and focus on self-care and stress reduction.
